Chapter 11
Yoochun sat watching, hand grasped tightly around his own member as he watched Junsu’s skilful tongue at work. The vampire under him, Hyukjae, bucked his hips in delight and mewled in pleasure.
“I hate to interrupt...” drawled Jaejoong from the door of the bedroom. He was almost hard himself but couldn’t wait any longer; he needed to talk to Junsu now and this was the first time he had been able to find him since a few nights ago.
Junsu pulled away from the other two, smiling widely as he stood up and walked past Jae into the hall. Jaejoong threw Yoochun and Hyukjae an apologetic glance before turning around to follow Junsu who had already headed off down the hall.
“What do you want?” Junsu called over his shoulder, taking a few more steps before stopping by a door, gesturing with his eyes for Jaejoong to step inside.
Once inside he found Junsu sitting comfortably in a large plush armchair, arms and legs crossed and a smirk upon his face.
“Is this about Eeteuk?” he asked quietly, watching as Jaejoong sauntered over to a large cabinet containing old glassware.
“Yes, it is. I need you to tell me...” Jae paused before opening a dusty bottle and taking a tentative sniff. “What he got up to when I was...away...”
Junsu knew that this was what Jae wanted. He wanted to return to the top, regain his power. Didn’t he know that Eeteuk was the one who got him out of the way in the first place? Everything in their plan was coming together. They all thought that Yunho had forgotten about Jae. When you have so much time it is easy to forget someone. They were obviously wrong.
“I can’t help but feel that you are betraying me, Junsu. I don’t like it when people betray me.” He took a swig from the bottle, scrunching his face up in distaste before placing it back in the cupboard.
Junsu shot to his feet, eyes blazing. “I have been around just as long as you, Jaejoong. Eeteuk turned me, you know that!” He moved closer to the other vampire, gloved hands curling into angry fists.
“That has nothing to do with it Junsu, and you know it. I trusted you. I trusted all of you. The only one who remained loyal was Yunho!”
“Bullshit! I know the reason he brought you back here Jaejoong, I know! I knew he was a bad idea from the start but you never listen to me, do you?” Junsu spat furiously.
Before Jaejoong could open his mouth again Junsu was gone, disappeared into the shadows.

“Alright, everyone. Listen up.” Eeteuk stood in the middle of the shaded courtyard, his usual grand attire replaced with slimline black clothing, his hair tied back and bright eyes shining.
“Tonight we have a very special target.”
This seemed to get the attention of the younger vampires, the ones who had no experience. The ones who were only going on the mission (hunts they used to call them) for the glory and boasting afterwards.
They had been told that in the olden days these events were held for survival. It was understood by the mortals that it would happen, that every once in a while someone would be taken. They respected the vampires.
Nowadays the vampires were perfectly capable of taking care of themselves. There were no such things as understandings with mortals, for the vampire kind had become a novelty to them. Mortals were only dealt with via business transactions.
That is why now they only went on a hunt for work. The vampires had maintained their vast wealth and furthered it by selling their services. They would hunt down and kill anyone required, for a fee. What job could be better?
Eeteuk was soon surrounded by leather clad underlings, attentive and ready to serve. He smiled as he thought of the power he wielded, the things he could do and would accomplish on this simple night.
Tonight his plan would be complete, he would be rid of Jaejoong forever. He knew he would come back eventually, and all those years he had been enjoying his reign there had been that thought in the back of his mind. He knew that Jae would not give up without a fight.
They did have a job tonight, a good old fashioned hunt, but those in the know knew that tonight would be the night when they would turn on one of their own.
Eeteuk looked over to Junsu, who stood by Yoochun with a worried look on his face. Jae was his friend; and as much as he respected Eeteuk and his wishes, he was scared for them both. All day he had been fighting an internal battle. He knew Eeteuk’s plans and knew that if he went along with them he would be betraying Jae and the people he loved. He didn’t know what to do.
Eeteuk planned to destroy Jaejoong, banish his soul and kill the undead prince once and for all. Once he was in complete power, Eeteuk planned to make Junsu second in command, give him more power than he had ever dreamed of. He would teach him things he had never even heard about.
Don’t worry, I have everything under control.
Junsu smiled weakly back at Eeteuk as he watched everyone head for the gates of the courtyard. He watched Yunho and Jaejoong chatting as they strode across the lawn, probably talking about Changmin.
He didn’t know what to do. Stay loyal to the vampire that had created him, made him what he was now? The one who could give him more power than he ever dreamed of, or stay loyal to the ones who he had grown to love and care for, his real companions?
He had to warn Jae to be careful tonight. For all his power, Junsu could see that Jaejoong had become soft, playing around with humans and not taking the threats of Eeteuk seriously. Junsu knew that tonight was not just about getting Jaejoong out of Eeteuk’s way. It was about something much more.
